THE ROLE

We are looking for a Content Researcher who can turn complex finance and business topics into clear, audience-relevant insights for YouTube.

This role is about shaping what a video should say, and why it should exist.

You will work closely with strategists, writers, and editors to ensure every video starts with strong thinking.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Research finance, money behaviour, and business trends with a YouTube-first lens
• Read and interpret:  Understand and interpret RBI, SEBI, AMFI, CMIE and industry reports
• Identify: Core insights Myths and misconceptions Tensions worth exploring in a video
• Translate research into: Video ideas Hooks and angles Clear problem statements
• Collaborate with writers and strategists to guide content direction
• Help flag sections that may impact viewer retention

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Financial Understanding

• Strong grasp of personal finance: mutual funds, asset allocation, insurance, credit, taxation
• Ability to explain concepts in simple, spoken language
